Government Provides Financial Assistance of Rs 3.17 Crore to Martyr Dinesh Sharma’s Family: Deputy Commissioner Dr. Harish Kumar Vashisth

Lodha Foundation to provide Rs 5 lakh assistance, 20 years of healthcare for parents, and free education for children up to college level

Palwal, September 23. Deputy Commissioner Dr. Harish Kumar Vashisth informed that the family of Lance Naik Dinesh Sharma of Nagla Mohammadpur, who was martyred in Operation Sindoor, has already received Rs 3.17 crore as financial aid from the government. An additional amount of around Rs 60 lakh will soon be provided by the government. Along with this, the district administration has facilitated Rs 5 lakh financial assistance from the Lodha Foundation for the martyr’s family. The foundation will also bear the full cost of education for the martyr’s children up to the college level. In addition, the parents of Dinesh Sharma will receive free healthcare for the next 20 years from the foundation.

Administration Ensured Early Support to the Martyr’s Family: Deputy Commissioner
Dr. Vashisth said that the district administration completed all necessary procedures swiftly to ensure the martyr’s family received financial assistance without delay. Officials personally visited the martyr’s home to complete documentation so that the family faced no difficulties. He emphasized that the administration remains committed to providing all possible help to the families of martyrs whenever needed.

Haryana Government Fully Committed to the Welfare of Martyrs’ Families: Mukesh Vashisth
Mukesh Vashisth, Media Coordinator to Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, said that all announcements made by the Chief Minister regarding Martyr Dinesh Sharma will be fully implemented on the ground. Special instructions have been issued to the district administration in this regard. Proposals have already been received to name a park, school, and main gate after the martyr, along with other memorial-related requests. Additionally, Rs 25 lakh has been sanctioned for building a martyr’s memorial in the village and Rs 10 lakh for the construction of a hall.

He added that the Chief Minister believes the entire village and region stands firmly with the martyr’s family. A gram sabha will soon be convened to finalize the renaming process for the village with consensus. The Haryana government is fully dedicated to honoring martyrs and ensuring the welfare of their dependent families.
