Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia Launches AI-Powered India Mobile Congress 2025 App

With the theme “Innovate to Transform”, the IMC 2025 app introduces AI-driven tools, real-time networking, and interactive features to enhance participant experience.

New Delhi, September 1 : In a move to provide a seamless and intelligent digital experience for participants, Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, today launched the AI-powered mobile application for the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025, themed “Innovate to Transform.”

The launch event was attended by Dr. Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani, Minister of State for Communications and Rural Development; Dr. Neeraj Mittal, Secretary (Telecom); Lt. Gen. Dr. S.P. Kochhar, Director General, COAI; P. Ramakrishna, CEO, India Mobile Congress, along with several dignitaries.

The 9th edition of IMC will be held from October 8 to 11, 2025, at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Highlighting the vision, Scindia said:

“India Mobile Congress is not just an event, it’s a platform of possibilities. With this app, we are turning those possibilities into connections, collaborations, and outcomes.”

Features of the IMC 2025 App:

  • Real-time engagement: Live-streaming of sessions and instant access to content.

  • AI Concierge – IMC Suggests: Personalized recommendations on sessions, networking, and F&B zones.

  • Networking Hub: Real-time connections, chat, and meeting scheduling for startups, exhibitors, and participants.

  • Snippet Tool: AI-generated video highlights for instant sharing on social media.

  • Co-Pilot Chatbot: Instant assistance with session details, logistics, speaker info, and venue navigation.

  • Interactive Experience: Photo booth with AI-powered gallery, live polls, and contests.

The Minister underlined that the app reflects the government’s commitment to blending technology with accessibility, ensuring every attendee—from students to CEOs—can experience the future of digital innovation.

IMC 2025 promises to showcase over 1,000 cutting-edge use cases across 5G/6G, AI, IoT, quantum computing, cybersecurity, semiconductors, clean tech, and smart mobility. The event, co-hosted by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, investors, startups, academia, and media from India and across the globe.
