YEIDA CEO Rakesh Kumar Singh chairs interactive session with Toy Park allottees, urges timely unit operationalization

Greater Noida: An interactive session was held under the chairmanship of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), Rakesh Kumar Singh with the allottees of the Toy Park located in Sector-33. The session focused on resolving key issues faced by the allottees, including lease deed execution, possession certificates, map approvals, and construction-related matters. During the meeting, officials informed that out of the 140 plots allotted under the Toy Park scheme, checklists have already been issued to 97 allottees.

Of these, 84 allottees have successfully completed the lease deed execution process. Highlighting the importance of the initiative, CEO emphasized that the Cluster Toy Park is a flagship project of both the Central Government and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. All allottees were urged to operationalize their units within the stipulated timeline as per the Toy Park brochure guidelines.

 

In a move to streamline progress monitoring, allottees have been requested to submit detailed action plans, including the dates of lease deed execution, possession, and building map approval. CEO reiterated YEIDA’s commitment to facilitating the smooth implementation of the Toy Park project and ensuring timely development in line with government ambitions to boost the toy manufacturing sector in India.
