Grand Finale of Faridabad Talent Hunt held at Asian Hospital with 235 child participants

235 children from Faridabad, Palwal, and Hodal mesmerize audience with dance, music, and creativity

Faridabad: A vibrant display of talent lit up the stage at the Asian Institute of Medical Sciences as Faridabad Talent Hunt culminated in its Grand Finale. Organized at the hospital premises, the event saw enthusiastic participation from 235 children hailing from Faridabad, Palwal, and Hodal. These young talents took center stage to exhibit their diverse abilities across singing, dancing, instrumental music, and more. After initial auditions held on June 20 and 21, 51 outstanding participants were selected for the final round held on July 6.

The event was judged by renowned personalities including celebrated musician Vicky Saharia, Bharatanatyam dancer Rajkumar Gupta, and classical and Bharatanatyam artist Mausumi Sahu. The show was hosted by Nakul Sharma, anchor at ESPNcricinfo who added energy and charm to the program. Children performed in various styles like Bollywood, Kathak, hip-hop, folk, and classical, using their performances not only to entertain but also to share meaningful messages.

The competition was divided into four age categories: 6–8 years, 9–11 years, 12–15 years, and 16–19 years. In each category, the top three winners were awarded cash prizes of Rs.10,000 for first place, Rs.7,500 for second, and Rs.5,000 for third. Additionally, eight consolation prizes of Rs.1,000 each were distributed per category, and every participant received a certificate of participation.

In the 6–8 years group, Mishika Kurup won first prize, Dhani Taneja came second, and Jannat Punyani secured third place. For the 9–11 years category, Amayra Luthra bagged first prize, Navya Kamboj took second, and Kavya Thukral earned third. Among the 12–15 years group, Urvashi Mahendia was awarded first place, Pradhanya second, and Raghavi Pathak third. In the senior-most 16–19 years category, Paramjeet stood first, followed by Tulika in second, and Sani Hasija in third.

The awards were distributed by Padma  Dr. N.K. Pandey, Chairman and Managing Director of Asian Hospital, along with Padma Pandey, Director Anupam Pandey, Neha Pandey, Dr. Prashant Pandey, Dr. Smriti Pandey, and Shailesh Jha. The dignitaries applauded the efforts and performances of every child, encouraging them to pursue their talents confidently.

Speaking at the event, Dr. N.K. Pandey appreciated the platform’s role in nurturing young minds. He emphasized that such programs eliminate fear and hesitation in children, helping them grow into confident achievers. He congratulated all participants and reaffirmed Asian Hospital’s commitment to youth development and community engagement. Parents too expressed their joy and enthusiasm, supporting their children and celebrating their creativity throughout the event.
