Yamuna Authority initiate online facility of application and approval of building plans today

Started with a few sectors to be expanded to other sectors gradually

Greater Noida, May 08, 2024 : Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) today started a new initiative. It provided the approval of building plans pertaining to single units of the residential flats allotted on the website of Building plan management system (BPMS). The objective of the initiative was to save the allotees from going pillar to post for getting plan approved. The new facility will enable the allotees to get the building plans approved online only.

YEIDA has uploaded all the data relating to Property management system in which the respective user id has been shared with all the allotees. The allotees can login to the portal of the authority and apply for approval of building plan. In the application the allotees has to submit the building plan made with the help of an Architect. With the drawing prepared by the architect along with payment of requisite fees have to be submitted online by the allotees. After 8th May 2024, all the applications for approval of building plans will be accepted online only. The authority has started with the single residential units which will further be expanded to other residential properties. The facility will not only save the allotees from hassle of visiting the office of the authority office and would be having the facility online from the comfort of their home or office. The web portal would also allow the applicant to track the application filed.

As a start, YEIDA has uploaded the property data for sector 18, 20, 22A, 22D, Sector 16 and 17 initially. By way of an office order the authority has ordered that any application for approval of building plan for these sectors would not be accepted by any mode except submitted online with effect from 08th May 2024.
