Faridabad , 14 Septmber , 2024 – Ms.Somya Bhardwaj ,a student of class 5 of Modern School, sector 17 Faridabad was heartily welcomed and felicitated by her classmates,mentors , Principal and members of the Managing committee for winning Bronze medal at International level in recent WAKO WORLD YOUTH KICKBOXING CHAMPIONSHIP -2024 held at Budapest, Hungary.
She was darned with a Sashe and stunning crown by Mrs.Neelima Jain , Principal of the school. Mr.S.K.Jain,Chairman of the school, congratulated the parents and gave a cheque of Rs.11,000 alongwith a certificate of Excellence to Ms. Somya ,the rising star in Sports World.
The whole auditorium was buzzing with non-stop clappings of children and slogans- Hip Hip Hurray! We are proud of Somya!
Ms.Somya’s parents , Tau ji and Tai ji and the persons from media graced the occasion .All were highly elated and offered sweets to each other.
Mrs.Neelima Jain, Principal welcomed all guests. Sh.S.K.Jain ,Chairman of the school addressed the students on this occasion and highlighted the diligence of Somya behind this achievement and focussed on the importance of sports.
Somya and her parents expressed their gratitude towards the school management and her mentors for showing her the right path in life.
