Faridabad, March 21 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is prioritizing both infrastructure development and strict enforcement of government regulations across the state. Through the mining department, the Haryana government is actively overseeing the exploration, development, and management of mineral resources.

According to K.M. Pandurang, Director General of the Mining Department, the government is fully committed to curbing illegal mining. Officials have been instructed to conduct regular monitoring, and strict action is being taken against those violating the rules. The administration is particularly vigilant in tracking mineral transportation without an e-Ravana bill.

District Mining Officer Kamlesh Bidhlan stated that under the directives of Director General K.M. Pandurang and supervision of DC Vikram Singh, stringent measures have been implemented since January to prevent illegal mining and unauthorized mineral transportation. She personally oversees vehicle inspections along national and state highways, including the Yamuna River region, ensuring compliance with departmental orders.

Her team remains active round the clock, monitoring illegal activities and taking immediate action against rule violators. As of now, no illegal mining has been reported in the Yamuna River or other areas within the district.
