Educational collaborations are also likely to be a key topic of discussion, with both countries seeking to enhance student exchanges and research partnerships.
Prime Minister Luxon’s visit will be his participation in the 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue, India’s premier geopolitical conference. He will deliver the keynote address at the inaugural session alongside PM Modi. The event, hosted by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in collaboration with India’s Ministry of External Affairs, will bring together global leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss pressing international challenges.
