Actor Kartik Aaryan visited the renowned Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, where he offered prayers and sought blessings following his recent National Award achievement.
The actor shared a photograph from the temple on his official Instagram account, showing him standing in front of the illuminated shrine with folded hands. Wearing a traditional tilak on his forehead, Kartik captioned the post simply with “Jai Mahakal“, reflecting his devotion.
The post quickly attracted thousands of reactions from fans, who flooded the comments section with chants of “Har Har Mahadev“ and congratulatory messages. Many also praised the actor for his recent success and referred to him as their “champion.”
Kartik Aaryan is currently celebrating a major milestone in his career after receiving the Best Actor honour at the 72nd National Film Awards for his performance in ‘Chandu Champion’. He shared the prestigious award with Malayalam superstar Mammootty, who was recognised for ‘Bramayugam’.
Expressing his gratitude after the award announcement, Kartik described the achievement as a dream come true and thanked everyone who supported his journey.
Directed by Kabir Khan, Chandu Champion is based on the inspiring life of India‘s first Paralympic gold medallist in freestyle swimming, Murlikant Petkar. Kartik’s performance in the film earned widespread praise from both audiences and critics.
