New Delhi, March 21: India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar held separate meetings with senior diplomats from Bangladesh and Kazakhstan, focusing on enhancing bilateral relations and exploring new avenues of cooperation.
During his interaction with the High Commissioner of Bangladesh, discussions centred on deepening existing ties, with emphasis on trade, connectivity, and people-to-people exchanges. Both sides acknowledged the steady progress in India-Bangladesh relations and explored ways to further strengthen collaboration in key sectors.
In a separate meeting with the Ambassador of Kazakhstan, the conversation highlighted opportunities to boost engagement in areas such as energy, commerce, and regional connectivity. The dialogue also reflected a shared interest in expanding strategic cooperation between the two nations.
