New Delhi, March 11: Union Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw held a high-level discussion with Nobel Prize-winning physicist Konstantin Novoselov and the chief executive of Lohum on the future of advanced materials used in electronics and emerging technologies.
