Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the CBI regarding Arvind Kejriwal’s bail plea in connection with the excise policy case

Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, was arrested by the CBI on June 26 while he was in judicial custody in Tihar Jail related to a connected money laundering case. On Friday, the Delhi High Court issued a notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in response to Kejriwal’s bail plea concerning the excise policy case. This notice requires the CBI to provide a response before the court can proceed with any decision regarding the bail plea.
