“This has also proved that the Bhartiya Janata Party worships the Constitution of the country like Gita”- Vij

Sh. Vij said that “this has also proved that the Bhartiya Janata Party worships the Constitution of the country like Gita”. He said that “BJP works as per the Constitution and this also proved that what we were demanding since the time of Jan Sangh was that Article 370 should be abrogate from Kashmir”. Sh. Vij said that Shyama Prasad Mukherjee was sacrificed for this and we kept saying that where Mukherjee sacrificed, that Kashmir is ours, that is, the ideology of the party regarding this has also been stamped. The Constitution Bench has also accepted that Kashmir is an integral part of India.

‘Those who have appealed and supported in this regard, must determine some punishment for themselves’- Vij

Sh. Vij said that although the court has not made any comment about those who had appealed in the court, but those who have appealed and supported them must decide some punishment for themselves. Even if they punish themselves at a fixed time of one hour, they should decide the punishment for themselves.

Lawyers and people of Congress party should think- Vij

He said that the lawyers of Congress Party have played a major role in this, so they should also think about in this and people should also think.

It is noteworthy that the five-member bench of the Supreme Court said in its verdict that the decision taken by the Central Government on August 5, 2019 was correct and it will remain intact. The court said in its decision that the sovereignty of Jammu and Kashmir had ended when it became a part of India. In such a situation, the President has full authority to take decisions regarding Jammu and Kashmir.
