BRICS CCI Women’s Summit Celebrates International Women’s Day with Splendor

New Delhi, March 8, 2024–  Sh. Ajay Chaudhry, Special Commissioner of Police for Special Police Unit for Women and Children (SPUWAC) & Special Police Unit for North Eastern Region (SPUNER), graced the BRICS CCI Women’s Annual Summit & Felicitation event as the Guest of Honour at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi, today.

Hosted by the BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCI), the Women’s Vertical, the 4th Edition of the Annual Summit centered around the theme, ‘The Changing Narrative: From Women Development to Women-Led Development.’ This auspicious gathering coincided with the global celebration of International Women’s Day.

The Women’s Wing of BRICS CCI is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive ecosystem for women entrepreneurs and professionals. With a core mission to champion women’s empowerment initiatives and advocate for policies conducive to women’s advancement across borders, the summit served as a platform for discourse, collaboration, and recognition.

Distinguished guests, including leaders, entrepreneurs, and advocates from BRICS nations, convened to deliberate on strategies to promote women’s leadership and economic participation. Through panel discussions, keynote addresses, and interactive sessions, attendees explored avenues to harness the untapped potential of women as drivers of inclusive growth and sustainable development.

Sh. Ajay Chaudhry’s presence underscored the significance of law enforcement in ensuring the safety and empowerment of women, aligning with the summit’s broader objectives of fostering a conducive environment for women’s advancement in various spheres of life.
