Manav Rachna Welcomes New Year 2025 with Spiritual Grace

Faridabad, January 1, 2025: Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI) welcomed the New Year 2025 with the Maha Mrityunjaya Yagna, a sacred tradition initiated by Founder Visionary Dr. O.P. Bhalla to promote health, harmony, and peace. This seven-day yagna holds deep significance as it is not only a spiritual gathering but also a reflection of the institution’s commitment to fostering well-being for all. Year after year, the yagna brings together the entire Manav Rachna family, with each department offering prayers that create a ripple of unity and spiritual energy.

The culmination ceremony was graced by Mahamandleshwar Gita Manishi Swami Shri Gyananand Ji Maharaj, the Chief Guest, alongside Smt. Satya Bhalla, Chief Patron, MREI; Dr. Prashant Bhalla, President, MREI; Dr. Amit Bhalla, VP, MREI; Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Srivastava, Vice Chancellor, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies; Prof. (Dr.) Deependra Jha, Vice Chancellor, Manav Rachna University; Rajiv Kapoor, MD & CEO, MREI; Executive Directors, Heads of Institutions, Principals, Deans and Directors of Manav Rachna. Faculty and staff members from across the institution participated in the spiritual gathering.

Speaking on the occasion, Swami Shri Gyananand Ji Maharaj said, “The teachings of the Geeta guide us to perform our duties with dedication, focusing on the present and respecting others to earn respect in return. During the event, 90 employees were recognized for completing 10 years of service. Their unwavering commitment and hard work have been instrumental in advancing the institution’s mission of holistic education and societal impact.
