New Delhi, August 10, 2026; Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta joined legislators in a Tiranga Yatra organised inside the Delhi Assembly complex on Monday, with participants carrying the national flag during the procession.

The Delhi Tiranga Yatra brought together BJP leaders and MLAs for a programme centred on the Tricolour and national pride. Participants moved through the Assembly premises holding the national flag, creating a patriotic atmosphere within the complex.

Rekha Gupta and Vijender Gupta were among the prominent leaders who took part in the procession. Several other legislators also joined the programme and walked through the Assembly grounds carrying the Tricolour.

The Delhi Tiranga Yatra highlighted the symbolic importance of the national flag and its association with India’s unity, sovereignty and national identity. The programme at the Assembly complex also provided an opportunity for elected representatives to participate in an event focused on patriotism.

The procession was organised within the Assembly premises, with the Tricolour remaining the central feature of the programme. The participation of senior Delhi leaders and legislators added significance to the event.

Such programmes involving the national flag are aimed at encouraging citizens to connect with the values represented by the Tricolour. The Delhi Assembly complex witnessed the gathering of lawmakers as they participated in the procession and displayed the national flag.
