Alia Bhatt Reveals First Look Of Alpha Confirms July 2026 Theatrical Release

Alia Bhatt’s ‘Alpha’ First Look Goes Viral, YRF Spy Universe Film Set for July 10, 2026 Release

Mumbai, March 9: Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt has finally unveiled the first look poster of her upcoming film Alpha, confirming that the much-anticipated project will hit theatres on July 10, 2026.

The announcement came through Bhatt’s social media post, where she shared the intense first look from the film along with the release date. The poster shows the actor with visible bruises and injuries, including a cut on her shoulder and marks on her lip and eyebrow, hinting at a high-octane action role. Despite the battered look, her fierce expression dominates the image, suggesting a powerful character at the centre of the story.

With the post, Bhatt also put an end to speculation that the film might skip theatres and release directly on a digital platform. Her announcement confirmed that the project will arrive on the big screen later this year.

Directed by Shiv Rawail and backed by producer Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films, the film also features Sharvari Wagh, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor in key roles.

The movie is part of the expanding YRF Spy Universe and will be its seventh installment. Earlier films in the franchise include Ek Tha Tiger, War and Pathaan. Notably, Alpha will be the first female-led story in the spy universe.

The poster quickly gained massive attention online, with fans flooding social media with reactions praising Bhatt’s intense look and expressing excitement about seeing her in a full-scale action role.

Bhatt was last seen in the film Jigra, and the new project marks her return to the big screen after nearly two years.

Apart from Alpha, the actor will also appear in the upcoming romantic drama Love & War directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film will reunite her with Ranbir Kapoor and co-star Vicky Kaushal.
