Abhishek Mandal Becomes First Chartered Accountant from Deori Village, Darbhanga
After clearing ICAI CA exam in September 2025, Abhishek credits parental guidance and aims to contribute to community development

GHANSHYAMPUR: Abhishek Mandal of Deori, a small Village in Ghanshyampur Block in Darbhanga District of Bihar State has successfully cleared the prestigious Chartered Accountant (CA) examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in September 2025.
He is the first person from his village to achieve this milestone.
Abhishek is the son of Jagdev Mandal and teacher Manju Devi. He credited his parents for their unwavering support and guidance, which helped him overcome challenges and stay focused on his goal.
Abhishek completed his schooling at Shree Jain Vidyalaya, Kolkata, under the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE).
He earned his B.Com (Honours) degree from Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration, affiliated with the University of Kolkata. Expressing his future ambitions, Abhishek said he intends to use his CA qualification to contribute actively to the development of his community.
