New Delhi : The NCMEC Cell of SPUWAC, Nanakpura, has been working tirelessly to combat Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Material (CSEAM) in Delhi. As the designated Delhi State unit, SPUWAC handles Cyber Tipline Reports (CTRs) received from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (14C) and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (NCRP).
>45 FIRs across various districts of Delhi based on CTRs received
from 14C regarding offenders involved in sharing CSEAM through
social media platforms.
> 7 Additional FIRs Registered: In December 2025, SPUWAC
registered 7 additional FIRS pertaining to repeat offenders, including cases received in the form of Google supplemental files.
Total 52 FIRs Registered: The coordinated action on Cyber Tiplines has resulted in the registration of a total of 52 FIRs across Delhi.
Further investigation in all cases is underway, and all necessary legal
strictand technical measures are being taken to ensure thorough investigation and action against the offenders.
SPUWAC is the Delhi State nodal unit responsible for handling CSEAM cases and works closely with 14C and NCMEC to combat online child exploitation.
