Gurugram DC Ajay Kumar Reviews Paperless Registry System, Directs Speedier Execution and Strict Monitoring

Officials told to expand public outreach on the e-portal and ensure seamless processing from application to final registration without delays

Gurugram: Deputy Commissioner Ajay Kumar reviewed the functioning of the paperless registry system and instructed officers to accelerate improvements to ensure seamless delivery of services. He stressed that every stage of the process application, document verification, appointment and final registration must be executed without delay and in a fully organised manner. DC said the paperless registry system, operational since November 1, 2025, has made the registration process faster, more transparent and more convenient for citizens. Applicants can now complete all stages online through the portal eregistration.revenueharyana.gov.in, from filling out the application to document verification and appointment scheduling. He added that the initiative has significantly reduced time consumption, eased crowding in offices and enhanced overall efficiency. DC urged the public to make maximum use of the facility and support the administration in ensuring its success. During the meeting, DC instructed officials to disseminate wide information about the portal so that no citizen remains unaware of the facility. Terming the system a major reform introduced by the Haryana Government, he said its implementation must be taken seriously. He also directed the establishment of help desks in all tehsils to provide immediate assistance to applicants. DC Ajay Kumar further stressed timely disposal of all applications received on the portal to maintain a smooth and quick registration process. He asked the District Revenue Officer to conduct regular monitoring of the e-registration system in every tehsil. The meeting was attended by SDM Badshahpur Sanjeev Singla, SDM Manesar Darshan Yadav, SDM Sohna Akhilesh, SDM Pataudi Dinesh, DRO Vijay Yadav and other officials.
