Delhi Police have filed an FIR over a derogatory comment made on an army officer’s widow

The Delhi Police have lodged an FIR based on a complaint from the National Commission for Women (NCW) regarding a lewd and derogatory comment made on social media about the widow of Kirti Chakra Captain Anshuman Singh. The NCW took suo motu cognizance of the remark, and the Delhi Police Special Cell has initiated an investigation into the matter.
