The object was found on Kulgam Balsoo Road, prompting a swift response to secure the area. Authorities cordoned off the area and halted traffic on the busy road.
A bomb disposal squad was summoned to handle the situation. The suspected device, contained within a pressure cooker, was neutralized through a controlled explosion, which did not result in any damage. A senior police officer confirmed that an investigation is ongoing, and a technical examination of the device has been initiated. Traffic on the road was resumed after the controlled blast.
