The retirement ceremony was felicitated by the Chief Administrative Officer/Const.,Northern Railway. Dr. Singh has had an exemplary career. She has held posts in various organizations like Additional CVC & Director MHA, other than Railways, and has also represented the country in the international forums like UN. While working with MHA, Dr. Singh has also contributed to shaping some very well-known laws like the The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.
