The Impressive TimesGreater Noida , 21 August , 2024 – An important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Wednesday between Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) and Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO). The signing ceremony took place at HUDCO Regional Office on the fifth floor of HUDCO House, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The MoU was signed by Dr. Arun Vir Singh, Chief Executive Officer, YEIDA and Sanjay Kulshreshtha, Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO. The event was also attended by key officials of YEIDA including Shruti, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Kapil Singh, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Shailendra Kumar Bhatia, Special Officer, Vishambar Babu, General Manager (Finance), Ashok Kumar Singh, Deputy General Manager (Finance), and Nand Kishor Sundriyal, Senior Staff Officer. The main objective of this MoU is to purchase/acquire land for the special projects of the Authority such as Film City, Industrial Sectors, Electronics City, Housing Projects etc. and to provide loan to the Authority by HUDCO at low interest rate for their infrastructure development works. Along with this, HUDCO will also provide consultancy services for management and planning of important projects of the Authority, which will help in cost control, quality and timely completion of the projects of the Authority.
