India’s goods and services exports increased by 5.4% in June, reaching a total of 65.47 billion dollars

India exported 65.47 billion dollars worth of goods and services in June, a 5.4% rise. The Commerce and Industry Ministry announced numbers showing that during the April-June quarter of this year, export growth increased cumulatively by 8.6% to reach $200.33 billion. Comparing June 2023 to June 2021, merchandise exports increased by 2.55% to $35.20 billion from 34.32 billion in June 2023, according to the statistics. Compared to 103.89 billion dollars in April-June 2023, the total value of merchandise exports during the same period in 2024 is 109.96 billion dollars, indicating a positive growth of 5.84 percent. By June 2024, engineering goods, electronics, pharmaceuticals, coffee, and organic and inorganic chemicals will be the main merchandise export growth drivers.
