Unnao, June 18 2026: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday participated in a major development programme in Unnao district, where he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 101 development projects worth more than ₹570 crore.
The projects cover a wide range of sectors aimed at strengthening infrastructure, improving public services and accelerating economic growth in the district. The Chief Minister said that the state government remains committed to ensuring balanced and inclusive development across Uttar Pradesh through continuous investment in public infrastructure and welfare initiatives.

During the event, Yogi Adityanath also distributed certificates, cheques and appointment letters to beneficiaries of various government schemes. The beneficiaries included individuals receiving support under welfare, employment and development programmes designed to improve livelihoods and enhance socio-economic opportunities.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister highlighted the government’s focus on creating robust infrastructure, expanding public amenities and generating employment opportunities. He stated that the newly launched projects would provide fresh momentum to development activities in Unnao and contribute to the district’s long-term progress.

Officials said the projects are expected to improve connectivity, strengthen civic infrastructure and enhance access to essential public services. The initiatives will also support local economic activities, encourage investment and create opportunities for residents.
