Gurugram- Central Park has launched Selene, an exclusive tower of fully furnished serviced residences, at its 250+ acre integrated township, Flower Valley, located in South Gurugram. Positioned in Sector 32-33 along Badshahpur Sohna Road, Selene is poised to redefine premium urban living.

The project comprises 353 studio and one-bedroom serviced residences, complemented by 38 high-street retail outlets. Within hours of its early-month launch, the developer reported that nearly 85% of the units had been sold—reflecting strong market demand and buyer confidence.

The Selene residences range in size from 1,000 to 3,600 sq. ft., with a distinctive four-side open layout and a 3.9-metre floor-to-floor height. These homes offer panoramic views of the Aravalli Range and the Alpha Golf Course. With prices starting at ₹20,000 per sq. ft., the residences are tailored for high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), combining luxury design with hotel-style serviced living.

The development involves a total investment of ₹550 crore, financed through internal accruals and capital finance. Construction is scheduled to begin in the last quarter of 2025, with the full project delivery targeted by 2030. The entire development will be executed in a single phase and is expected to yield a sales realization of over ₹1,000 crore.
