Rubina Dilaik Calls Out Gaurav Khanna; Hina Khan Slams Shilpa Shinde Over Harassment Case

MUMBAI, 09 JULY 2026: Television actors Rubina Dilaik and Hina Khan have stirred fresh debate after commenting on two of the biggest controversies currently making headlines in the television industry. In a promotional clip shared on their official Instagram accounts, the two actors openly discussed the ongoing issues involving Gaurav Khanna and Shilpa Shinde.

The controversies gained momentum following the premiere of the reality show Lock Upp. Earlier, actor Gaurav Khanna’s wife, Akanksha Chamola, revealed that the couple had been living separately for nearly a year and were heading for divorce. Around the same time, actress Shilpa Shinde, a contestant on the show, defended her past decision to file what she described as a false sexual harassment complaint against the producer of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain.

Reacting to Shilpa’s statements, Hina Khan questioned why the actress had not disclosed the entire truth during her stint on Bigg Boss. Hina remarked that while Shilpa had spoken extensively about her differences with the makers, she had never admitted on the show that she had filed a false harassment complaint. She sarcastically responded with “slow claps,” implying that the revelation came only after she had secured public support.

Rubina Dilaik, meanwhile, appeared to take an indirect swipe at Gaurav Khanna while discussing the controversy. Referring to people who portray themselves as ideal partners, she remarked, “Some people call themselves perfect! Achcha pati, achcha patni.”
