Mumbai, May 29, 2026: Bollywood couple Aditya Seal and Anushka Ranjan have announced that they are expecting their first child, sharing the joyful news through an adorable social media post on Friday.
The couple posted pictures from a maternity photoshoot in which both were seen dressed in coordinated black outfits. Aditya wore a customised T-shirt featuring the word “Baap” (Dad), while Anushka proudly showcased her baby bump.
Alongside the images, Aditya shared an emotional note that read, “I’ve waited a hundred years, but I’d wait a million more for you. Nothing prepared me for what the privilege of being yours would do.”
Soon after the announcement, several members of the film industry and fans flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages. Actor Pulkit Samrat expressed his happiness for the couple, while actress Bhumi Pednekar also extended warm wishes. Anushka’s sister Akansha Ranjan reacted with heart emojis.
Aditya Seal and Anushka Ranjan got married on November 2, 2021, in a star-studded ceremony attended by celebrities including Alia Bhatt, Vaani Kapoor, and Athiya Shetty.
The duo previously worked together in the web series Fittrat. Aditya has appeared in films such as Student of the Year 2, Tum Bin 2, Indoo Ki Jawani, and Khel Khel Mein. He is next set to feature alongside Sanya Malhotra in the upcoming project “Sundar Poonam.”
Meanwhile, Anushka has also been seen in films including Wedding Pullav and Batti Gul Meter Chalu.
