Delhi Police Commissioner Felicitates Medal-Winning Wards, Encourages Them for National Shooting Squad Trials

New Delhi , 13 Dec , 2024- Commissioner of Police, Delhi, Sh. Sanjay Arora felicitated 13 wards of Delhi Police personnel at the Police Headquarters for winning medals in the National Shooting events held last year and wished them good luck for their Squad Selection Trial for the National teams. All the 13 children stand a chance for their selection in the National Shooting Teams to represent India in the forthcoming International Tournaments. The trial is scheduled to be held in Bhopal and Delhi. All the wards were motivated and encouraged by CP/Delhi for their pursuit.
Sh. Devesh Chandra Srivastva, Spl CP/Crime, Delhi Police also gave a pep talk to the police wards and encouraged them to perform better.
CP/ Delhi ensured all the wards so selected for the National Shooting Squad trial with all the possible assistance from PFWS.

During the ceremony, CP/Delhi commended the dedication and hard work of the young achievers and motivated them to continue their pursuit of excellence. Shri Devesh Chandra Srivastva, Special CP/Crime, Delhi Police, also addressed the gathering, delivering an inspiring pep talk to encourage the children to perform even better in the trials.

In a gesture of support, the Commissioner assured that all possible assistance would be provided to the wards selected for the National Shooting Squad trials through the Police Families Welfare Society (PFWS). This initiative underscores Delhi Police’s commitment to nurturing the talents of its personnel’s families and supporting their aspirations.
