New Delhi July 15 2024 : Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited (BSPHCL) has made the state proud by receiving the prestigious SKOCH Gold Award in the Power & Energy category. This accolade recognizes BSPHCL’s pioneering efforts in implementing the SAMAST Project in the State Load Dispatch Center (SLDC). Notably, Bihar is the first state in the Eastern region to implement all SAMAST modules, marking a significant achievement in power generation.
The chairman of BSPHCL shared the news on the social media platform ‘X,’ congratulating all personnel involved in the power generation public undertaking as well as the citizens of Bihar. The SKOCH Award is considered the highest civilian honor for government bodies, recognizing excellence in their respective fields. The successful implementation of the SAMAST modules places Bihar at the forefront of power generation achievements in the Eastern region.
