Raipur, July 03, 2024 // The Chhattisgarh government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, has launched the Shri Ramlala Darshan Yojana to facilitate pilgrimages to Ayodhya Dham. This initiative follows the construction of the grand Ayodhya temple and aims to provide the state’s devotees an opportunity for Shri Ram’s Darshan.
Today, State Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, along with MLAs Shri Purandar Mishra and Shri Anuj Sharma, flagged off a special train carrying 850 devotees from five districts of the Raipur division. The ceremony took place at platform no. 1 of Raipur Railway Station, which was filled with the melodious chants of ‘Chhattisgarh ke Bhaancha Ram Jai Siyaram Jai Siyaram’.
The journey will take devotees first to Varanasi, where they will visit Kashi Vishwanath, before proceeding to Ayodhya. The initiative has been widely praised by the devotees, who described the Shri Ramlala Darshan Yojana as a commendable effort by the Chhattisgarh government. They expressed their excitement and intention to pray for the happiness and prosperity of the people of Chhattisgarh.
Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal extended his best wishes to the pilgrims, acknowledging the deep devotion and reverence of Chhattisgarh’s residents towards Lord Shri Ram.
