Chandigarh, July 7: The Haryana Government has approved procurement and development proposals worth more than ₹340 crore during a meeting of the High Powered Purchase Committee (HPPC) and the High Powered Works Purchase Committee (HPWPC) chaired by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.
The approved proposals relate to procurement and development works across various government departments and are aimed at strengthening infrastructure and improving public service delivery in the state.
During the meeting, the committees also held detailed negotiations with participating bidders, leading to a revision of quoted rates. As a result, the state government achieved estimated savings of nearly ₹15.11 crore, ensuring greater financial efficiency in the execution of the approved projects.
