Salman Khan and Nayanthara Film Locked for Eid 2027 Release
Vamshi Paidipally directs big-budget action entertainer now in production
The Impressive TimesMumbai- Bollywood star Salman Khan has confirmed that his upcoming action film with filmmaker Vamshi Paidipally will hit theatres during Eid 2027, continuing his tradition of festive releases.
The yet-untitled project, which also stars Nayanthara in a leading role, recently began filming in Mumbai. The film is being backed by Dil Raju under the banner Sri Venkateswara Creations.
Khan shared the announcement through a social media post, hinting at the long wait ahead while assuring fans that more updates about the project will be revealed in due course.
The film adds to Khan’s consistent record of Eid releases, a strategy that has delivered several major box office successes over the years with films like Wanted, Dabangg, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan and Kick.
Director Paidipally is known for delivering commercially successful films such as Maharshi and Varisu, raising expectations for the upcoming collaboration.
For Nayanthara, the project marks another major Hindi film appearance following her Bollywood debut in Jawan alongside Shah Rukh Khan, which achieved massive global success.
The makers are positioning the film as a large-scale theatrical entertainer, bringing together prominent names from different film industries.
