New Delhi, May 24, 2026: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has directed the deployment of expert teams from IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur to resolve technical issues in the CBSE post-result services portal.
The decision comes after complaints from students and parents about glitches in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) re-evaluation and post-exam services system.
A team of professors and technical specialists from IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur will review the portal’s performance.
The expert team will examine server stability, system performance, and overall IT infrastructure.
They will also review key functions such as login authentication, user access systems, and payment gateways to ensure smooth operation.
The Education Minister stated that student interest remains the top priority. He instructed CBSE to take immediate corrective steps.
He added that the system must be transparent, efficient, and user-friendly for all students.
The move is aimed at ensuring a glitch-free experience during CBSE’s post-result and re-evaluation services.
Officials said the IIT teams will suggest technical improvements and help strengthen the system for future use.
