FIA XI Emerges Victorious in Thrilling Cricket Match Against DC XI

Faridabad: In a closely contested cricket match, FIA XI secured a convincing win over DC XI at Sledgehammer Ground, Sector 86.

The event brought together distinguished officials, FIA members, and cricket enthusiasts for a day filled with spirited competition and mutual respect. Batting first, DC XI, under the captaincy of Deputy Commissioner Vikram Yadav, posted a competitive total of 168 for 7 in 20 overs.

Naveen Kumar, DO-cum-Estate Officer, HSVP, Faridabad, emerged as the standout performer with a fluent 66 runs, while skipper Vikram Yadav added a vital 34, helping his team reach a solid total. In response, FIA XI showcased remarkable batting prowess, led by the Mohanty brothers, who steered their side to a commanding victory.

Praveen Mohanty’s unbeaten 88 and Pradeep Mohanty’s composed 48 formed an unbroken partnership that powered FIA XI to a comfortable win with just two wickets lost.
