Kumari Selja said that when the country’s farmers are weak, the country is weak as well. The unemployed youth are lost; the government is running away from its responsibilities. She said that Congress’s guarantees will change the situation in the country.

On Thursday, during her tour of villages in the Ellenabad assembly constituency to gather support, She addressed the villagers of Arniyawali, stating that Congress is fighting the final battle to ensure justice and protect the Constitution, and will not let the divisive plots of religion and caste succeed. Selja said that during this government’s tenure, farmers, the poor, laborers, youth, traders, and employees are all suffering. The government has not paid attention to the youth, who are drifting into drug addiction, and it is the government’s responsibility to bring them out of it, yet the government is fleeing from this responsibility. She has said that when the food provider is weak, the country is weak, and instead of giving farmers their rights, they are being oppressed. Congress has promised the farmers that Minimum Support Price (MSP) will be implemented if they come into power. She said that her political career started from the land of Sirsa when she first ran for elections in Sirsa in 1988.

Selja said that she has always been a loyal soldier of Congress, following the party’s orders, always being among the people to raise their voice. She has regularly participated in social programs, considering Sirsa as her home and family. Today, the party has sent her to serve the people. She remarked that today, it is solely a battle of ideologies.
She said that the plight of the youth in the state, the development in the state, and the respect afforded to women. These are questions that the public is asking the government.

It is the government’s duty to ensure a bright future for the youth and to give the rights to the Dalits, backward classes, and farmers. Rahul Gandhi traveled ten thousand kilometers to deliver justice to the people of the country, and the support received by the journey has rattled the government. She has said that the guarantees of Congress will change the conditions in the country and that it is necessary to strengthen Congress’s hand. While appealing for votes, Selja said that each vote will protect the country and the Constitution. On this occasion, former legislator Bharat Singh Beniwal appealed to the people to vote in favor of Selja.
