AAP Launches ‘Kejriwal ki Guarantees’ Campaign Ahead of Haryana Assembly Polls

Panchkula, July 20 2024: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) launched its campaign for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections with the introduction of “Arvind Kejriwal’s Five Guarantees” aimed at transforming the state’s governance. The announcement was made by Sunita Kejriwal, wife of Delhi Chief Minister and AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, during a state-level town hall event held at Indradhanush Stadium in Panchkula.

Accompanied by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, and other senior AAP leaders, Sunita Kejriwal outlined the guarantees that include free 24-hour electricity for domestic consumers, establishment of Mohalla clinics offering free medical treatment across villages and cities, enhancement of government schools to provide quality and free education, a monthly allowance of Rs 1000 for every woman, and employment opportunities for unemployed youth in Haryana.

Addressing the gathering, Sunita Kejriwal emphasized the track record of governance reforms spearheaded by Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi and Punjab, highlighting achievements such as improved healthcare through Mohalla clinics, free electricity, and educational enhancements.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann expressed confidence in AAP’s governance model, citing achievements in Punjab such as job creation and the abolition of toll plazas. He criticized the BJP’s governance approach, labeling their promises as hollow and emphasizing the need for real change in Haryana.

Sanjay Singh, Rajya Sabha MP, urged voters to reject false promises and support AAP’s agenda for truth and accountability. He criticized BJP’s tenure in Haryana, accusing them of failing on various development fronts.

The AAP has declared its intent to contest all 90 Assembly seats in Haryana, aiming to replicate its successes from Delhi and Punjab. The upcoming elections are slated to be a pivotal moment for the state, with AAP positioning itself as a credible alternative focused on delivering substantial reforms and transparency in governance.
