Leadership is Collaboration #Training @DLFIA

Faridabad, 27 April, 2024- The objective of Training on Leadership Roles under STRIVE project of Govt. of Haryana being implemented by DLF Industries Association will be very well achieved if all of us present here work as a united front for a commercially clear goal of the organisation as a Team under Unified Command of a so designated person whom we call our Leader – said Mr. JP Malhotra President DLF Industries Association Faridabad at the opening of the Training on 25th April 2024 @ TAPDC Conference Hall.
Leadership is goal setting keeping in view the overall purpose and objectives of the organization. Either there are too many goals or too few but rarely interconnected. Common Sense says that we need to set goals which matter and are connected. We know that a Goal is scored not just by one who kicks the ball into the goal post but by many to enable it – elloborated Mr. JP Malhotra.
According to the Learned Trainer Dr. Ranjender Kumar Leadership is about guiding and motivating others to achieve a shared vision and the journey of Leadership allows you to have your communication and personal skills. Leadership is a lifelong journey of learning self-development and growth. Leaders are comfortable with Change and adapt themselves to newer circumstances and challenges at a faster speed.
Collaboration, team work and recognition are often negated in practice. Leadership is nothing but honesty by senior leaders which gets replicated down the ranks. Without basic trust and confidence, there is no way to achieve and extract maximum out of the workforce.
Dr. Ranjender Kumar further emphasised need of Leader to be able to communicate the vision, goals and expectations clearly and concisely A very useful training was attended by 32 participants drawn for IC Members namely M/s. Advance Forging Pvt. Ltd, Akshay Aluminium Alloys LLP, Rex Consolidated, Bhartiya Valves Pvt. Ltd, Gautam Engineers, Dew Electronics, Panorama Export, Jay Pee Knit Fab, Forgewell Ltd, Himalaya Wellness, Mohan Overseas Pvt. Ltd., S.K Dyeing & Finishing Mills Pvt. Ltd, Besoto Starting System Pvt. Ltd, Color Fabs Pvt. Ltd, Dustech Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Indian Packaging Machineries, Jiva Designs Pvt. Ltd, Macas Automotive, Neumann Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Svojas Fashion and Multicolour Services.
A 15 page “Guide to Leadership” was provided to all for further reference material. The training concluded with Q&A session followed by Tea/ Refreshment.
