The Impressive TimesAgra, 26 Feb, 2024-Reunion days are fun days to bring back the memory of yesteryears with a smile on the face. And when students of 1991 batch from Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2, Agra Cantt, gathered in Agra on February 24-25; it was a moment of sheer nostalgia. Around 30 buddies from Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Patna, Lucknow Delhi and Canada cherished wonderful moments for the first time in the history of Kendriya Vidyalaya.
Some of the students became very emotional describing their old memories of school days. All of them took turns sharing their story of struggles, achievements , survival etc. Over the last 33 years. Adding grace to the occasion was the presence of some of the old teachers and female teachers of that period specially invited by the school principal Mr. Ramesh Chandra.
All the students who had come from outside were staying in Hotel Amar and the series of forgotten memories continued here till late in the night. Many colorful programs were also organized during their stay at the hotel in the night. Songs like “Lag Ja Gale Ki Phir Yeh Hansi Raat Hona Ho Na Ho, Shayda Phir Is Janam Mein Mulakat Hona Ho Na Ho” sung by a student brought tears to the eyes of some students.
