One Auto-Lifter Arrested With Recovery Of One Stolen Scooty & One Button Actuated Knife By The Team Of PS Mohan Garden, Dwarka District

 New Delhi ,24 feb 2024-BRIEF DETAIL OF INCIDENT-
The team of PS Mohan Garden was tasked to solve the MV theft cases of the area and nab the accused persons involved in the MV theft incidents. On 22.02.2024, HC Parma Nand and Ct Vikram were performing motorcycle patrolling duty in the area. When they reached Poswal Chowk near Kuda Ghar, Mohan Garden, they noticed one person who was coming on a scooty after seeing police party took a U-turn and tried to flee away from the spot, but alert police officials nabbed him. During his frisking one button actuated knife was also recovered from his possession and on checking the scooty was found to be stolen.
 INTERROGATION-
On interrogation he disclosed his name and address as Sanjay R/o Village Harkheda, Dhoni Silling, PS Loha Ghat, Champawat, Uttrakhand, Age 25 years. As per the recovery of knife a case vide FIR No. 64/24 U/s 25 Arms Act, was registered at PS Mohan Garden. On checking, it was found that the said scooty was stolen from the area of Hari Nagar, Delhi.
 ACCUSED ARRESTED-

• Sanjay R/o Village Harkheda, Dhoni Silling, PS Loha Ghat, Champawat, Uttrakhand, Age 25 years.
(Previously involved in more than 30 criminal cases)

 RECOVERY-

• 01 stolen scooty.
• 01 button actuated knife.
