Aamir Khan Marries Longtime Partner Gauri Spratt in Private Mumbai Ceremony

Mumbai, July 6, 2026: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has married his longtime partner Gauri Spratt in a private ceremony held at his Mumbai residence on Sunday. The wedding was attended by close family members and a select group of friends from the film industry, business and public life.

Despite heavy rainfall in Mumbai, the ceremony proceeded as scheduled in an intimate setting.

Simple Ceremony with Close Family

Photographs released by the actor’s team showed Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt signing the marriage documents in the presence of their families.

The images also featured Spratt’s son seated between the couple, while Aamir’s son Azad was seen sitting beside the actor, highlighting the family-oriented nature of the occasion.

Several Prominent Guests Attend

Among those present at the wedding were filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, comedian-actor Vir Das, former India cricketer Irfan Pathan, businessman Mukesh Ambani, politician Raj Thackeray, and lyricist Prasoon Joshi.

The gathering remained a private affair with only close associates invited.

Aamir Khan’s Third Marriage

This is Aamir Khan’s third marriage.

The actor was first married to film producer Reena Dutta from 1986 to 2002. The former couple has two children, Junaid Khan and Ira Khan.

In 2005, Aamir married filmmaker Kiran Rao. The couple announced their separation in 2021 and have continued to co-parent their son, Azad.

Relationship Made Public in 2025

Aamir Khan publicly introduced Gauri Spratt to the media in 2025 ahead of his 60th birthday celebrations. At the time, he revealed that they had been in a relationship for more than a year.

Originally from Bengaluru, Gauri Spratt works in the beauty and wellness sector and has a son from her previous marriage.
