Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor Offer Prayers at Gurdwara Bangla Sahib

New Delhi, Aug 22 : Bollywood actors Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor, who are busy promoting their upcoming film Param Sundari, visited Delhi on Friday and sought blessings at the iconic Gurdwara Bangla Sahib.

The actors, who have been on a nationwide promotional tour, immersed themselves in Delhi’s vibrant food and cultural scene before heading to the shrine. They relished the capital’s favourite delicacies — rajma chawal and chole bhature at the popular Jain Chawal Wale in Connaught Place, followed by cotton candy at India Gate.

After enjoying Delhi’s culinary delights, Sidharth and Janhvi made a spiritual stop at Gurdwara Bangla Sahib, where they offered prayers and interacted with fans who gathered to catch a glimpse of the stars.

Just days ago, the duo had travelled to Lucknow, where they tried the city’s famous chaat as part of their promotional journey.

Param Sundari, directed by Tushar Jalota, marks the first on-screen collaboration of Sidharth and Janhvi. The film also stars Sanjay Kapoor and Manjot Singh in pivotal roles. The recently released trailer has generated buzz with its mix of romance, comedy, and action, while the chemistry between the lead pair has caught viewers’ attention.

Talking about the film, Sidharth shared, “With Param Sundari, I feel like I’m revisiting the kind of romance I grew up loving, but telling it in a way that feels fresh and relatable. Kerala’s magic really made the story come alive.”

Janhvi, who plays Sundari, added, “This character resonates deeply with me. Her grace, strength, and love for her roots connect with my South Indian heritage. Shooting in Kerala was an emotional experience that I hope audiences will feel on screen.”
