New Delhi, October 6, 2026: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, along with Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu, on Tuesday launched several healthcare initiatives under the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’.

The initiatives include the launch of the headquarters of the State Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation (SOTTO) and an expanded ANMOL scheme, aimed at strengthening healthcare services and support systems in the national capital.
The Delhi government also announced enhanced incentive amounts for ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) workers as part of the initiatives launched during the programme.

Another initiative unveiled on the occasion was a Nursing Home Management System portal, which is intended to facilitate the management and administration of nursing homes through a digital platform.

The launch programme was held at Thyagraj Stadium in New Delhi and was attended by Delhi Health Minister Pankaj Singh, along with officials and representatives from the healthcare sector.
The initiatives form part of the Delhi government’s Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, under which various public service and welfare measures are being rolled out across the national capital.
