Shreya Ghoshal Invests ₹29.7 Crore in Luxury Worli Apartment in Mumbai

Singer acquires premium residence with family in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after real estate hubs

Mumbai: Renowned playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has made a significant real estate investment by purchasing a high-end apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Worli locality. The property, bought jointly with her parents, is valued at ₹29.7 crore, as per official registration records.

The residence is situated in the premium residential project Godrej Trilogy, a development known for its luxury offerings and prime location in central Mumbai.

The apartment spans a spacious layout, offering a large carpet area along with additional built-up space. It also includes dedicated parking for multiple vehicles, reflecting the premium nature of the purchase.

Official records indicate that the transaction was registered in early April 2026, with substantial stamp duty paid, underscoring the high value of the deal.

Over the past decade, Worli has evolved into one of Mumbai’s most desirable residential destinations. Its strategic connectivity—enhanced by the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and major arterial roads—makes it a preferred choice for high-net-worth individuals.

The locality offers quick access to key commercial zones, including the Bandra Kurla Complex, while also hosting a range of premium residential towers.

Real estate in Worli commands some of the highest prices in the country, with luxury apartments often priced at over ₹1 lakh per square foot. The area has consistently witnessed high-value transactions, including several deals crossing the ₹100 crore mark in recent years.

This trend highlights the growing demand for ultra-luxury housing in Mumbai, positioning Worli alongside global real estate hotspots.

As of now, Shreya Ghoshal has not publicly commented on the purchase. However, the investment adds her name to the list of prominent personalities owning property in one of Mumbai’s most elite neighbourhoods.
