Faridabad , 3 August , 2024 : CALIFORNIA STUDENTS UNDER INTERNATIONAL PROJECT EXCHANGE CULTURE,EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE AT JIVA PUBLIC SCHOOL.
The Jiva Interact Club at Jiva Public School coordinated with Shri Arjun and Ms Amayra,who reside in California for an exchange of culture, education and knowledge.These students from California,America,conducted a workshop on Robotic ,based on STEAM(Science ,Technology, Engineering,Arts,Mathematics) education system.The two students were on an educational tour to India, and shared their knowledge with students at Jiva Public School.They intimated about their First Robot Competition ( FRC) and briefed about Robot Designing,functioning,controlling and technology.They explained about how robots are designed ,what concepts are used in designing,a few sensors ,motors and hardwares as well.An activity was conducted ,wherein a Drive Chain Model was made.
In the same context ,the students of Jiva exchanged their knowledge about Robotics and Jiva Learning System ,it’s tools and specific characteristics.
This unique experience ,under International Project proved to be very beneficial.During their cross exchange of knowledge ,ideas and culture,the students of Interact Club and students of First Tech Challenge (FTC) acquainted about Rotary’s chief motto,’To Promote Peace’.
The students were conversant about foreign culture and its knowledge was well- informed.
This program was organised with a specific aim to highlight that diversity does not mean to emphasise the difference with others ,but it reflects respect for others opinion and emotions,sharing knowledge and to think independently.
The School Chairman Shri Rishi Pal Chauhan surveyed the entire workshop and appreciated the efforts of everyone. Director Mrs. Chander Lata Chauhan Academic and Excellence Head Mrs Mukta Sachdeva and School Coordinator Ms Mini Joseph graced the occasion.
