Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has instructed police officers to swiftly investigate the fatal attack on K. Armstrong and ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice according to the law. Mr. Stalin expressed shock over the murder in a statement.

BSP Chief Mayawati is expected to pay her respects to Armstrong’s mortal remains in Chennai tomorrow. Mayawati condemned the murder as highly deplorable and demanded severe punishment for those responsible in a social media post.

Opposition leader E. Palaniswamy condemned Armstrong’s murder and criticized the DMK Government for the deterioration of law and order in the state. The State Police Department has formed ten specialized teams to apprehend all suspects involved in the case.

After the completion of post-mortem procedures at Rajiv Gandhi General Hospital in Chennai, Armstrong’s remains are anticipated to be handed over to his family today. Party workers have gathered outside the Government General Hospital, urging swift justice for the guilty. The final rites are scheduled to take place tomorrow.
