Sardar Gambhir Singh Banga honored with Lifetime Achievement Award

Faridabad: A joint initiative by Daksh Foundation, Haryana Police Society, Haryana Progressive School Conference, Rotary Club East, and NHPC organized a unique felicitation program titled “Khyal Buzurgo Ka” to honor distinguished individuals for their exceptional contributions in various fields. Sardar Gambhir Singh Banga, founder of the Victora Group, was bestowed with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his unparalleled contributions to the industrial sector. A team from Daksh Foundation visited the corporate office of Victora Industries in Sector 58, Faridabad, to present the award. The honor included a certificate of recognition, a shawl, and a plant, symbolizing the values of growth and sustainability. Speaking at the occasion, Daksh Foundation’s founder and Community Policing Coordinator, Sub-Inspector Surender Dahiya, elaborated on the organization’s efforts to promote social welfare and harmony in collaboration with Faridabad Police. He emphasized the role of various awareness programs in fostering community cohesion.

Wing Commander H.C. Mann, Advisor to Daksh Foundation, highlighted Sardar Gambhir Singh Banga’s significant contributions to the industrial sector, noting how his efforts have created thousands of direct employment opportunities across India and abroad. He praised SS Banga for expanding his business from Faridabad to international markets. Environmentalist and Daksh Foundation Advisor A.K. Gaur lauded the Victora Group’s environmental initiatives. He pointed out that Banga’s efforts to plant millions of trees and develop numerous parks in the industrial hub of Faridabad have earned him the title of “Tree Man of Haryana.” He remarked that SS Banga’s sensitivity towards society and the environment sets a benchmark for all. Prominent attendees at the event included S.C. Garg from Rotary Club East, Traffic Awareness Advocate Veerendra Singh (Traffic Tau), and key members of Victora Industries, including Director Satvir Singh Banga, CEO Naveen Arora, Vice President Vinay Kumar, and executives Vishal Maheshwari, N.K.
