New Delhi : The second day of Delhi Police Week 2026 was observed under the theme “सुरक्षा – सुरक्षा से विश्वास तक”, reflecting the commitment of Delhi Police to strengthening public trust through enhanced safety and community engagement.

On this occasion, school students along with their teachers from various institutions across Delhi visited nearby police stations. The objective of these visits was to sensitise school students about the functioning of police stations, the duties and responsibilities of police personnel, complaint procedures, and important emergency helpline numbers. The visits were designed to build confidence and strengthen the bond between the police and young members of the community. At certain locations, self-defence training programmes were also organized for students.

During the interactive sessions, students were apprised of:
• The working and structure of police stations
• Demonstration of police equipment and response systems
• Emergency helpline numbers and their appropriate usage
