Youth Glory Ceremony to Inspire Youth to Uphold Constitution and Self-Respect

Chandigarh, December 15 – Youth power is the foundation of a developed India, and to strengthen this foundation, Union Minister of Energy, Housing and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, will engage in direct dialogue with the youth. He will not only communicate with the youth but also impart the mantra of skill development and self-reliance.
The Youth Glory Ceremony is scheduled on December 21 at the Tagore Hall of Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU) in Rohtak. Former Chief Minister Haryana and presently minister in Union Cabinet, Manohar Lal will be the chief guest at the event, where he will provide guidance to the youth on achieving success, skillfulness, self-reliance, and entrepreneurship. Additionally, he will discuss the importance of the Constitution and inspire the youth to connect with the ideals of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
A notable feature of this ceremony is that youth from across the state, including young entrepreneurs, village heads, and athletes, will participate in the event. The Youth Glory Ceremony is being organized by the Constitution Glory Festival Committee at MDU Rohtak. The committee’s goal is to instill the values of respecting the Constitution and nurturing self-respect in the lives of young people through this event.
It is worth mentioning that, during his tenure as Chief Minister, Manohar Lal had initiated the “Mission Merit Model” which enabled youth across the country to secure jobs without unnecessary expenses. Many states have adopted this model today. Furthermore, to make youth self-reliant, he organized employment fairs and encouraged the development of young entrepreneurs, who have now become an inspiration for others.
Sudesh Kataria, Convener of the Youth Glory Ceremony and the Chief Media Advisor to the Union Minister, said that there is immense enthusiasm among the youth for the upcoming event, as well as the strong craze for Manohar Lal. The outreach campaign for the event is currently ongoing in various districts, where youth are being invited to attend the ceremony, and every young individual is eager to participate. Many believe that the “Mission Merit Model” of the former Chief Minister and current Union Minister has given wings to their dreams.
